I Used to Struggle Just Like You. . .

Before I figured out how to increase my overall wellness, I was exhausted and couldn’t seem to focus on my health. 

I tried to find time during the day for exercise and meditation but would fall short again and again. I felt like I was behind and always struggling to get healthier.

I set goals but couldn’t meet them and thought I must not be trying hard enough. Plus, my health view was negative thanks to all the times I tried and failed. I wondered if I was missing something?

These thoughts led me to create a better way–a lasting outcome–once and for all!

Things Changed. . .

After spending time at work helping others and giving information on ways to gain physical wellness, I realized I was not taking time to follow my own advice. 

I was focusing on different areas of health but had not put them together in a way that actually worked.  Once I started changing my steps-and my mindset-I realized the key to success. 

I started approaching each day with a clearer focus on whole body health. Over time I gained more and more insight into wellness.

I have put both my Physical Therapy and Education degrees to good use.

I have spent almost thirty years as a licensed professional which has allowed me to gain expertise in wellness for people of all ages.

While treating in physical healing, it became apparent that steps should be taken to strengthen all areas for lasting wellness.

This led me to seek knowledge in mental and spiritual wellness and a focus on the importance of understanding the body connections. I have been a leader and mentor for over a decade while encouraging growth and successful steps for others.
